Copy the application (we've even provided a nifty box where you can copy the application in it's entirety with the HTML included) and once you've got it completely filled out, email it to starlightmods@gmail.com! Or, if you'd like, you can comment here with a link to the application in your character's journal...though we'd much prefer you to email it. Once we've received your application, it will take anywhere from one-two days (three days at the very most) before we will get back to you and let you know our decision! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! |
o.o.c NAME: AGE: CONTACT: Please include an email address and screenname. TIME ZONE: PAST EXPERIENCE: Links would be lovely, but are not necessary. HELD?: Was your character held? i.c. FULL NAME: AGE & BIRTHDAY: ETHNICITY: ALLIANCE: Senshi, shitennou, villian, civilian, etc. SCHOOL: Which school do they attend? New York High School, York Prep, Brooklyn College, or New York University? GRADE: What grade are they in school? EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES: Please refer to the extracurricular activities list provided for each school and make your selections according to that. RESIDENCE: New York is a big city...in which part of New York do they live? FAMILY: Include their mother, father, and any siblings they might have or whoever they're living with. OCCUPATION: Optional, though please keep in mind that most teenagers do have jobs of some sort. REINCARNATION OF: Who is your character supposed to represent? APPEARANCE: One-two paragraphs minimum please. PB: Please check the PB page before selecting a PB. Also, make sure that your PB meets all the proper requirements. Links to pictures of your desired PB would be optimal and have a backup choice in mind in case we don't accept your first choice. PERSONALITY: Two-three paragraphs minimum. Be sure to include strengths, weaknesses, and quirks too. Also, keep in mind that your character does not have to be a carbon copy of the character they're representing from the series. It's normal that they would retain some of their qualities, but feel free to add in as many differences as you would like, too! HISTORY: It would be hard to write a character history in under three to four paragraphs, so that's the minimum number of paragraphs required. Go back as early as you can and work your way up to where your character is now. Keep in mind that, if you're applying for someone other than a civilian, your character will not have been awakened yet (unless they're Luna or Artemis)...therefore, an awakening will not be necessary to their history since it has not happened yet. However, feel free to include random events of deja vu, etc. if you'd like! samples FIRST PERSON ENTRY: Unfortunately, we cannot accept recycled journal entries. We'd like a new, fresh one from the character you are applying for. If you'd like a prompt, please feel free to ask for one! There is no length requirement, but the longer your entry is, the better feel we get for your character. THIRD PERSON NARRATIVE: Again, we'd like a fresh narrative sample written from the perspective of the character you are applying for. If you'd like a prompt, feel free to ask!
